Al Nassr beat Al Shabab in the game that took place on Thursday at the King Fahd International Stadium at the 22nd round of the Mohammed bin Salman professional League.
The result lifted Al Nassr to 49 points, while Al Shabab remained at 40, retaining the third place in the table of competition.
The game started strongly between the two teams especially Al Nassr, which had many opportunities against Tunisian goalkeeper Farouk Ben Mustapha.
Al Nassr continued their pressure on the defense and Abdel Razzaq Hamdullah opened the score in the 38th minute.
In the second half, Al Shabab intensified their attempts and formed a serious danger to the goal of the Australian goalkeeper Brad Jones and almost scored the equalizer. They failed to invest the extra time to end the game with a 1-0 victory for Al Nassr.
