Al Taawoun turns his 0-2 into a 4-2 win over Al Ettifaq, Tawamba scored a brace
Al Taawoun returned from a 2-0 loss to win 4-2 over Al Ettifaq on Saturday at the Prince Saud Bin Jellawi Sports Stadium in the 10th round of the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Professional League.
the Egyptian Hussein Al-Sayed scored the first goal for Al Ettifaq at the 11th minute. Marzouk Alkwikbi doubled the score in the 17th minute.
After the second goal of the match, Al Taawoun rushed to the attack to reduce the gap and had what they wanted through Tawamba at 30th minute. The first half ended 2-1.
In the second half, Hildo Agosto scored the equalizer at the 39th minute from a penalty.
The referee turned to the VAR to give Al Taawoun a penalty, from which Tawamba scored the third goal in the 72nd minute. The striker Cedric Ames scored the fourth goal in the 75th minute.
